How cancellations and refunds work for wallet top-ups, bookings and live sessions.
Wallet top-ups
Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request within 30 days of payment, to the original payment method, less any payment-gateway charges. Bonus or promotional credit is not refundable.
Live chat and video sessions
You are charged only for the minutes used. If a session drops because of a technical problem on our side, contact us within 48 hours and we will review it and credit the wallet where appropriate.
Scheduled bookings
Full refund if cancelled at least 4 hours before the session; 50% refund after that. No refund if you do not join.
Paid consultation requests
If we cannot offer a confirmed time, the full amount is refunded. Once a consultation has taken place, it is not refundable.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (Razorpay timelines).
